"They never called to verify my address and phone number but when I was signing up Will sure called or texted everyday being pushy as hell. I asked for my new rate since I took a vehicle off and still have not gotten a call. So how is it they are able to call and get you to sign up and mail you insurance card but to verify my phone number or address I had to call them to be told all this. This is a clown show"
